Distance Vector

- Bellman Ford algorithm

- Routing update dikirim secara periodic

Link State

- Djikstra Algorithm

- Fast convergence

- Butuh memory lebih

- Kirim LSA untuk mengetahui topologi secara multicast

- router yang dipakai untuk mengetahui network tujuan, jika network tujuan tidak ada di routing table

- biasa ada di stub network
