1. Masuk ke menu services.msc dengan cara start -> run ( ctrl + R ) -> services.msc
Matikan atau disable service dibawah ini dengan cara :

click kanan pada service -> Properties -> General -> Startup type -> Disable

Lakukan satu persatu pada service diatas, kemudian buka C:\windows\Prefetch dengan cara Start > Run (Ctrl + R) > C:\windows\Prefetch

Hapus semua file yang ada didalam folder tersebut ( Catatan : Dilarang keras untuk menghapus forder tersebut, Hapus Isi yang ada didalam folder saja )

2. Start > Click Kanan My Computer > Properties ( Windows + Pause ) > Advance > Performance > Setting
